How to make the request

Send your request to contact@pixeogroup.com with the subject line "Deletion of my Soriston account". You may use the following template:

Data concerned

Pixeo Group deletes or anonymises the data attached to your account, provided it is no longer necessary to deliver the service or to meet a legal obligation. This includes:

• account identification details: first name, surname and email address;
• information relating to use of the platform;
• progress data within the training modules;
• results, scores, completion statuses and session history;
• technical data directly linked to the user.

Deleted data cannot be recovered once the request has been finally processed.

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be kept for a limited period where a legal, contractual, accounting, tax or evidential obligation requires it. This may include:

• data required for invoicing and accounting;
• data required to manage an ongoing contract with a client company or training provider;
• information needed for platform security or to handle a dispute.

Such data is kept only for as long as the relevant purpose requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Accounts linked to an organisation

Where an account is created or administered by a company, training provider or institution, Pixeo Group may verify the request with that organisation, in particular where the account relates to a training obligation, a certification or an ongoing contract. This check ensures that deletion does not conflict with the organisation’s own obligations.

Processing time

Requests are processed within a maximum of thirty days from receipt of the information needed to identify the account. If further details are required to verify your identity, that period runs from receipt of those details.

Consequences of deletion

Deletion means losing access to the training modules, progress history, results and any areas the account gave access to. It is permanent, subject to the retention cases described above.

Partial deletion

You may request the deletion of specific data without deleting the whole account. In that case, state clearly which data is concerned. Pixeo Group will tell you whether partial deletion is possible given how the service works and the applicable obligations.
