Immersive 360° training plans and pricing

Two routes lead to the same outcome. The first uses modules already filmed and starts within days. The second is built from your own procedures and your own sites. Many clients begin with the first, then shift gradually to the second.

Choosing a package

Pricing depends on the number of learners, the number of sites and the volume of content to produce. Every quote is built on those three parameters.

What moves the price

Three parameters drive the quote. Knowing them lets you make trade-offs before the first conversation.

Number of learners

The subscription is calculated per active user. Unit cost drops sharply beyond a few hundred learners, which is what makes the format work for networks.

Number of sites

A single site rollout and a hundred site network do not require the same structure or the same consolidated reporting.

Filming volume

This is the most variable item. One representative site often serves several modules, which sharply reduces the cost per scenario.

Method

How a project runs

The typical path, from first conversation to full rollout.

Included in every package

  • Data hosted in the European Union
  • GDPR compliance and a data processing agreement
  • Multi-device access with no per-device surcharge
  • Offline mode
  • Subtitles across all modules
  • Tracking dashboard

First conversation

Twenty minutes to understand your activity, your control points and your field constraints. You see a full scenario.

Scoping

Package choice, priority topics and pilot perimeter. Detailed quote built on that basis.

Production or setup

Off the shelf: configuration and module assignment. Custom: survey, scenario writing, filming, editing, approval.

Pilot

One site or test group uses the solution in real conditions. Feedback adjusts the setup before scaling.

Rollout

Extension to every site, with team structure, access rights and dashboards in place.

Follow-up

Regular indicator reviews, new situations added, modules updated as your procedures evolve.

FAQ

Questions about the packages

Because a subscription for thirty learners on one site and a rollout for three thousand people across a hundred and twenty sites do not share a cost structure. Publishing a single price would overcharge small volumes or undervalue complex projects. Quotes are built on your actual perimeter, usually within forty-eight hours of the first conversation.

Yes, and we recommend it. A pilot on one site or group lets you measure team uptake and verify the gains before committing a network budget.

No. Mobile and desktop are enough to start. If you want to equip certain sites with standalone headsets we advise on models and useful quantities, without selling the hardware.

Professional training funding schemes apply depending on your situation and your funding body. We provide the material needed to build the file, but eligibility depends on your sector and the specific programme.

On the off the shelf package, modules are maintained by our teams. On the custom package, updates to the affected scenarios are covered contractually, with a lead time and volume agreed at signature.

Tell us your perimeter, we will quote.

Learner count, number of sites, priority topics. Those three elements are enough for a first estimate.

About 20 minutes. No commitment, nothing to install beforehand.
